I love any opportunity to allow these kids to express their creativityand learn something new at the same time, like with this fun and delicious Boo-nana recipe.
So naturally, when I stumbled upon the shockingly simple way to make a whole new kind of art project, I knew I’d be trying it out with them.
In this exclusive video, Brenda shows just how easy it is to make watercolor-resist art. I had never even heard of this before, but I couldn’t believe how perfect it was for kids.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- White card stock
- Crayons
- Watercolor paints
- 1 cup of water
- 2 paintbrushes
- Sponge
- Saucer
- Paper towels
I’m pretty sure my nieces and nephews already have crayons and watercolors, so we should be all set to go next time I visit.
